Terms of Service

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Regina Priscillia, a UMKM travel agency registered in Indonesia, trading as "Ohana Bali" ("we", "us"). They govern your use of ohana-agency.com and any travel services you book with us. By submitting an enquiry, confirming a quote, or paying a deposit, you accept these terms.
Our Services
Ohana Bali acts as a travel intermediary and tour organiser in Indonesia, designing and coordinating custom itineraries, private guided tours, transport, activities, and accommodation. Some services (hotels, flights, activities) are supplied by third parties under their own terms; we select reputable partners but we are not their agent and cannot guarantee their performance beyond our own organisational duties. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation and you pay the required deposit (typically 30% of the total, unless otherwise stated in your proposal). The balance is due no later than 14 days before the start date of the services, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payments are accepted by bank transfer (IDR, EUR or USD) or other methods specified in your invoice. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days and may change if supplier rates, exchange rates, or taxes change before confirmation. The Client is responsible for valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and repatriation risks.
Cancellation & Refunds
Unless a different schedule is stated in your confirmation, cancellation fees are: more than 30 days before start date — full refund minus any non-refundable supplier fees already paid; 15–30 days — 50% of the total; 7–14 days — 75% of the total; less than 7 days or no-show — 100% of the total. Refunds are issued in the original currency within 30 days of cancellation. Modifications requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur supplier fees. If we must cancel due to force majeure (natural disasters, volcanic activity, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer a postponement or refund of amounts not already committed to suppliers; we are not liable for your independent costs (flights, insurance).
Limitation of Liability
We commit to organising your trip with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability for any direct loss arising from our services is limited to the total amount you paid us for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses, nor for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, traffic, acts of third-party suppliers, force majeure). Activities such as hiking, surfing, diving, or cycling carry inherent risks that you accept when participating. You must carry travel insurance covering these risks.
Intellectual Property
All content on ohana-agency.com — text, photographs, itineraries, logos, and design — is owned by Regina Priscillia or licensed to us and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright law. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use; reproduction, republication, or use in AI training datasets without our prior written permission is prohibited.
Changes, Governing Law & Disputes
We may update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you make your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith by negotiation; failing resolution, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. EU/UK consumers retain any mandatory rights under their local law.
